Husband and wife David and Brie Palmer are the leaders of the PCS Pools LLC team with David as the pool license holder. Both David and Brie are majority owners of PCS Pools LLC and Brie is also a member of the sales team. Since 2015, we’ve provided top-quality swimming pool construction, hot tubs, custom decks, spas, and more to the greater Tampa Bay, FL area. We’re proud to be local, family, veteran, and woman owned.
